Heidi Litchfield is a Salem native with a life-long passion for real estate and home design. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jim, and together they have designed three custom homes and remodeled two others, ranging from a cozy condominium to a grand estate on acreage.
Heidi’s intelligence, strong communication skills, quick response time, artistic eye, and ability to listen carefully are assets to her real estate clients.
Heidi’s 30-year career in education has included teaching, serving as principal of Scott, Schirle and Chapman Hill elementary schools, and, most recently, supervising principals as a Director of Elementary Education for the Salem-Keizer School District.
In serving her real estate clients, Heidi brings the attributes honed in her work as an educator: integrity, kindness, energy, organization, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Active in Salem and Keizer, Heidi is on the board of directors of Salem’s Boys & Girls Club.
Heidi and Jim are parents to two (amazing) grown kids, Josh and Katie, as well as a son-in-law, Erik.
