Heidi Litchfield

For Heidi, real estate is ultimately about people. She takes time to listen, understand what matters most to her clients, and help them navigate important decisions with confidence. Her clients benefit from her responsiveness, strong communication skills, thoughtful problem-solving, organization, and artistic eye, as well as the calm and steady approach she brings to the buying and selling process.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Heidi spent 33 years in education. She began as a teacher, later served as principal of Scott, Schirle, and Chapman Hill elementary schools, and most recently supervised principals as a Director of Elementary Education for the Salem-Keizer School District.

Those years shaped the way Heidi works today. She knows how to listen carefully, communicate clearly, solve problems, manage countless details, and build relationships grounded in trust. She brings integrity, kindness, energy, and follow-through to every client relationship and believes people deserve to feel informed, heard, and well cared for throughout the real estate process.

Having spent most of her life in the Salem-Keizer area, Heidi has strong personal and professional connections throughout the community and a genuine affection for the place she calls home.

Outside of real estate, Heidi’s favorite role is being with her family. She and Jim are the proud parents of Josh and Katie, parents-in-law to Livvy and Erik, and Namma and Grandpa to two amazing granddaughters. Heidi’s love of family, home, and community is at the heart of the way she approaches real estate and serves her clients.
